| When working with a new Rebuilder we’re often asked, “What do you look for during your inspections?” So, to help make the inspection process as efficient as possible, and to ensure you get paid as quickly as possible, we want to outline what to expect when AutoSavvy inspects a rebuilt vehicle we are considering for purchase. |
| Our inspection typically takes about one hour and includes: Test Drive: Evaluating performance, drivability, and overall operation Fit and Finish: Reviewing interior and exterior quality and alignment Under the Hood & Undercarriage: Checking for damage, leaks, or incomplete repairs Tires: Minimum tread depth of 5/32, with matching tires appropriate for the drivetrain Safety Items: Verifying all safety-related components meet our standards Warning Lights: No active warning lights on dashboard Pending, Cleared or Permanent Codes: We’ll plug in an OBD Scanner to check for codes that may exist currently or that have been recently cleared. Our goal is a smooth, efficient process so we can move quickly when a vehicle meets our expectations. We are actively looking to purchase rebuilt vehicles and build strong partnerships. If you’re ready to work together, let’s connect today and get inspections scheduled. |
